Who pays the buyers Realtor?

Unless specified otherwise in the sales contract, the seller pays all agent costs. Typically the seller pays the same cost whether there are two agents involved or just one (dual agency). In dual agency, the seller’s agent also represents the buyer. The listing agent gets double commission, the buyer, of course, has no unbiased representation!
