Who do I call?

I am trouble finding an actually person to speak with about getting a loan. All my searches on Google lead me to information on a private loan but almost never who to call. Help.

If you need a private (or hard money) loan, suggest you look on Craig’s List or google hard money loans for some options. If you are trying to purchase a house with owner financing, your buyers' agent may be able to check on listed properties in MLS to see if any have that option.
