Any lender or Broker can offer you a HARP loan. I would shop around depending on your situation to find out which lender can help you. Some lenders will put extra overlays on the HARP loan and some will not. I would look closely at the current value of the house and start shopping after you have a good idea what homes are selling for in the area.
