Real estate and mortgages are two careers that typically don’t require any specific college courses or degrees. The training is just too specialized to be offered at the college level. An agent in training has to pass multiple state licensing tests (as does a potential loan officer), and the training for these tests are usually provided by the sponsoring/employing firm. Can’t hurt to have college experience, and either marketing or economics would be somewhat applicable. Hope that helps!

Whatare the college requirements to become a real estate broker or anything?
