Is your mortgage reporting correctly on your credit report, Glenn? If so, not sure how important it is that you obtain payment history from your current servicer for payments made 14 or more years ago. You could certainly prove your payment history with cancelled checks and/or bank statements if need be. If your mortgage is shown late on your credit report in error, you can certainly dispute it with the three credit bureaus.
