If you suspect RESPA violations or need to file a RESPA complaint should contact the Office of RESPA and Interstate Land Sales at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD requests that all complaints include a detailed outline of the complaint, your contact information and any information about the violating party. Complaints should be filed in writing and sent to the following address:

You may also want to contact The Department of Consumer Protection. They accept
complaints about misconduct by licensed real estate brokers and salespersons. Complaints will be investigated by their Real Estate Enforcement Unit. They also request that complaints be filed in writing. Please visit their website for more information.
