As far as the presentation of the offer, unless your buyer’s agent has told you otherwise, there should be no reason to believe that your offer was not presented. Sometimes, conditions of the offer may make all the difference. Perhaps the other offer had better terms as far as escrow time frame, financing, FICO score.
Have a meeting with your agent to discuss this situation and get their feedback on what they feel was the reason might help. It could have been something in your offer, other than price, that may have let this one get away. Step back and regroup your strategy, strengths and weaknesses, with your agent. Take a deep breath and move on.
