Should I provide a copy of HouseFax Report to everyone during open house to make it more attractive?

I would not provide this report at an open house. In my experience as a real estate agent, most people who come through open houses are merely “lookers,” not serious buyers. So there’s no need to give them a lot of information, since the majority of people aren’t really in the market to buy – they’re taking a peek at what’s open. You don’t need this information floating around. 

On the other hand, if someone seems very interested at the open house, you can invite them to call you with questions, and if they ask, then provide the report. That way, you are giving useful information to serious prospects.
