Yes. If your referring to your disclosures or any paperwork for that matter the LO can lose his license for forgery. This is greatly frowned upon in this industry since the huge meltdown.

I recently had my mortgage Co. send me a copy of my aggreement.There are several pages missing. It shows there are two riders that I signed but it doesn’t say what they are.Also my initials have been forged.Should I be concerned?
