Need Refinance in Texas

I wish to refi my house in Texas. I’m looking for a 15 year and 30 year fixed rate quote. Currently have a 6.125 rate on 30 year. We owe 200,000 on house and it’s appraised at 348,926 (tax appraisal). Perfect credit and no debt except for mortgage. I do not want to roll any closing costs into loan.

I know it’s strange we have not have refinanced.

best thing to do is to shop around with a local lender and compare rates and fees. If you intend on staying in the home for a while a refinance would help your current cash flow. We can help if you like.
