My orginal mortgage company sold my mortgage. A few years after this I started reciveing papers in the mail asking me to sign them because the new mortgage company says they have no signed purchase aggrement between us. Well needless to say I never signed this paper work. I quit paying my mortgage company almost 12 months ago. I filed bankruptcy 4 months ago so I had to obtain a copy of my title. Well on my title my 1st mortgage company are the lein holders still. So that is who was written off in the ch7. The last thing i recived from the mortgage coompany was a letter asking what my intentions are. I need to no how I obtain a clear title sense they have to paperwork giving them any interest in my home and the orginal company was discharged in ch7
