My boyfriend bought a house and put it in my name. I still owe on the house, but don’t want any part of it anymore as we are separated. Can I transfer the house to his daughters since he does not want the title in his name?

You are free to “quit claim” deed it over to another person; however, the loan is a separate item and you cannot be released from your responsibility for it unless you pay it off in full. If you sign over your ownership, you would be in a bad situation because you would have no legal rights to the house such as to sell it, rent it out or get insurance on it but the bank would still have every right to sue you or to destroy your credit if the loan is not paid as originally agreed.
