Is a license required in Oregon to receive referral fee for a commercial loan to a lender?

All the information on the website refers to residential properties only. But does not give any information in terms of commercial real estate or business loans without real estate requirements in the State of Oregon.

I believe the answer is NO. Businesses marketing to consumers are heavily regulated, but businesses marketing to other businesses have virtually no regulation, IMO. I know of other LO’s that sell commercial loans and have no license, no specific designation, no nothing.
