I was denied refi approval because of an unpermitted addition due to tigher lending stardards – “lender does not lend on properties that have un-permitted additions. Loan is declined for unacceptable property. Can be reconsidered if borrowers obtain permits with final acceptance of addition” Any thoughts on the validity for the reason of the denial?
