I have a refi that I'm closing in a few days and discovered there is an old boyfriend on title.

The lender said we can not redisclose Tranfer Taxes. The last time they made us refund the borrower. What can I do to make this Fundable?

That should be a valid change in circumstance and you should be allowed to disclose a new GFE if you just discovered this. I have in the past.

I would pull up the guidelines and fight the bank on it.
