There are many factors that may be outside the control of the lender that are not inherent in other types of transactions such as building permits, bulider approval, plans and specs being received on a timely basis etc. If clients are working with an experienced LO that knows the construction business it should not take longer than 30-45 days on typical transactions.





This would be the time it takes to process the loan after all information has been submitted by the home owner and construction company.
