If the non borrowing spouse have a bad credit score and the husband is applying for home refinance, her name is on the title, does the bank will check the non borrowing spouse credit score and how will it affect the loan application? Thanks.

Spouses can be on title without impacting loan pricing, as borrowers' scores are the only ones that come into play. On certain loans in community property states, non borrowing spouses liabilities come into play, so credit might be run, but the scores still don’t impact the cost of the loan.
