If you feel you have been subject to fraud by a mortgage or real estate professional, I would first contact an attroney to figure out your options. You can also contact the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau or your local Attorney General.

Every state has their own licensing board. You would need to contact the licensing board for the state where this practice is occuring.
