There are a couple of ways you can secure this type of business:

1. contact BPO companies directly: RRReview and eValuations are a couple I heard about (find mone by searching the web). Ask to talk to their vendor management department and request that they send you the broker approval package. You will be asked to complete an application – which will detail your coverage areas and your fees- and send a copy of your real estate broker license to them (make sure it is not expired).

2. contact mortgage servicers directly, by asking to talk to their REO department. Their approval process takes a bit longer and most already have agents in the areas they cover, however you never know, so it’s worth looking into it. For these, you have the potential of getting the listing as well.
