Good Morning,

Transferring a mortgage from a borrower can only be done by paying off the existing mortgage through refinancing with a different lender. The lender is the one who can transfer the loan on their side. I’d be happy to look at your situation in more detail if you’d like. Feel free to contact me through this site.
