I have a loan Conventional 417K 75%LTV FICO 710 DTI 44% ONLY derog is foreclosure over 5 years. Approvable special circumstances. Spoke to FANNI they will automatically put refer with caustion on all ran with f/c with in past 7 years but will accept manual with special circumstance over 3 years. DU is giving me a Refer with Caution. Need to get a A/E on DU or find a wholesale lender in TX that will do a manual. Any suggestions?
