First let me say I am sorry about your husband passing. Please accept my condolences on your loss.

You need to contact a real estate attorney or title company in the state in which the property is located. For a small fee they should be able to handle this for you. For example, if you were the executor of your husband’s estate and had power of sale you may be able to sign a deed as executor deeding the estate’s interest in the property to you, but if you use the wrong deed or do not have the power to transfer title you will only complicate matters and not accomplish your goal.

If you are not an expert at real estate law do not try to do this on your own or with the advice of well-meaning friends and relatives. It is not a DIY project. Contact a real estate attorney or title company or the attorney handling the probate of your husband’s estate.
