Can I take advantage of the new HARP 2.0 changes?

We hope so! Details of the new program have not yet been released. Once they are, the lenders will need a little time to staff, train, and set up for the new guidelines (and add any overlays they feel are necessary to protect themselves). Please keep checking back – it may be a few weeks or more before the industry is up and running on this, but we are all awaiting it(just as impatiently, haha)!
