I have lived in Indiana for the past 4 years. Last April I took and passed the necessary real estate classes, but shortly after passing the class, my wife and I separated, and I had no choice but to move in with my father who lives in Illinois. I was planing on taking the state exam next week to receive my Indiana license(I am still with-in the 1 year), and then I wanted to get my Illinois license, as I planned on being licensed in both from the beginning. My question is can I still follow through with getting my Indiana license even though I am currently living in Illinois?

That’s a great question for the Indiana Real Estate Commission, or perhaps the Indiana Association of Realtors. Here’s a link to their website:

Hope that helps! Ted
