Every loan officer or other person originating mortgages must have their own unique identifier issued by NMLS, and that identifier is assigned to their employer, must show on all their loan applications, business cards, emails, etc. Cannot originate loans with more than one employer at the same time.
Can a loan officer be employed by two Mortgage Brokers is Arizona if both brokers have agreed to the employment? If yes, are ther restrictions?
