Advertising as an LLC

I am a loan officer for a company and was wondering if i can advertise on like zillow etc, as my LLC even though I’m an employee of a company?

Mortgage lenders are required to list their NMLS # and employer on ads. You might not get caught if you skip the employer, but don’t know why you’d want to risk it.

You would have to ask your company. An LLC suggests you own your own business and if you aren’t the owner of the company, would you have issues with false advertising?
