Would be interested to know where this property is. If it’s in a high cost Fannie/Freddie/FHA area, 700K may not be a jumbo loan. You’ve got a better shot at getting it done if you don’t have to go the jumbo route. Will say that getting comps (and a lender!) for 3 unit properties is tough in most areas due to limited number of those units (especially sold within the last 3-6 months).

Need a specific property location as well as details on the number of properties you have currently financing and showing up on your credit report. Other details are needed as well! I’d be happy to work with you as I work with many real estate professionals who are also investors and carry many multi unit properties, so property analyzing of your tax returns would be crucial as well to determine the accurate income or loss to be used on your loan application. Happy to help, so contact me through this site if you need assistance! Enjoy the weekend!
